I moved into the Plaza from the nearby (next door) Cash Hall facility. While it was an improvement from there, at the Plaza I had the pleasure of a near break-in, and also the pleasure of a continually leaky air conditioner that the repair men NEVER fixed in the two years I was there. Also, the stairwell to my building did not have nonslip covering on it, so it was exciting to walk up and down the stairs during any of the numerous rainstorms we had. The laundry room was only working the first few months I was there, and a "TWO WEEK" remodel closure lasted until.. well, it's probably still going on (one year plus). There was a $300 pet FEE, not deposit, per pet. This was not enforced equally. Lots of people had pets who never paid the fee and never cleaned up after their pets, while there were some people who paid it and were responsible pet owners. I would like to know if it was $300 per gerbil, too. The lighting was bad, the wiring was bad, the repair people were bad, and the office personel were condescending and unhelpful. Additionally, I had a fantastically peculiar oven that was a beautiful moldy green color and push-button operated. The oven did not keep a correct temperature and one of the oven coils was faulty (neither of these things, though reported, were corrected). Don't rent here!
