If you like hookers walking the streets, and living 3 blocks from the getto, then this is your place to live.

The price that you pay definitely does not represent the living conditions in which you live. Paying $484 a month is a ridiculous price for this shabby dwelling. And rent is going up next go around, which is absurd. Most like all apartment complexes around here, they gouge the students, because most are on daddy?s dime, or on financial aid, that apartment complexes know that they are making out on a good deal being right across the street to FSU.

I should have looked for something better when I had the chance too. Also, and most important of all, the contract that you sign is one sided, in favor of the apartment complex. You can not even get out of your lease, for any reason.

I have read all the reviews on this website dealing with The Plaza, and they are all true. I will recommend buying a tent at the local Walmart and making camp, than to live here one more year. Yeppers, once you here, you get stuck. I was dumb for living here for 4 years.
