I signed the lease 2 weeks ago and I moved in last week. I discovered this site during my transition week (waiting for my apt. at Plaza) and the previous comments are so bad that I was really desperate and afraid!!!! I even thought that the very positive comment posted right before mine was posted by the Plaza crew. I was so much suspicious!!!
The truth is that I am hapilly surprised to see by myself that the PLaza is a great place to live. The laundry is working, the fitness center and the swimmingpools are open, wireless internet is working, the crew is sooooo kind and helpful.
Before I moved in, my carpet has been changed, walls have been painted, the bathroom is almost brand new and vrey clean. Of course, there were some minor issues when I first moved in (screne missing, blind a little bit damaged...) But they came and fixed EVERYTHING 2 days after I told them!!!! The leasing office team is no nice, so kind (especially Britney is a great person. I hope she will have any kind of reward for her hardwork).
Just to say, believe me, the old comments are not valid anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!
