I live in a studio apartment here, and I have to say this is the worst place I have ever lived. Every negative comment here is very very correct. I see hookers every day hanging around the properities, in fact I see them so much they all have nicknames. My car got broken into, my bike stolen. However, the managment didn't seem to care about this, and said that someone must have been playing a trick on me (a potential customer happened to be in the lobby at the time). Right. The appliances are horrible, I actually see sparks fly when I push the buttons on my 1970
s era stove. None of the plug ins work, you have to jiggle the cord to get them to work (sometimes). The drywall doesn't even go all the way to the floor on my studio apartment, the gap is covered by ugly black plastic kickboard. I think the walls must be made of cardboard, because it shakes every time someone walks up the stairs. The parking is horrible. There aren't enough spots for the residents, and if you happend to park in the visitor parking spaces because none of the regulars are open, you get the joy of having your car towed at 2:00am by the friendly towing company the Plaza hired. A friends roomate who also lives here had her windsheild replaced, also removing the parking sticker. Her car got towed the very same night. I feel really unsafe at night, I see strange people jumping over the fence all the time. All this must be worth a lot because the prices are going up YET AGAIN. I pay 545$ for a TINY studio apartment, I cringe to see what the next price upping is going to be. The drains don't drain, every thing is overall shabby, and the gym is in a total state of disrepair and has been for about 1 year. I cant wait to move out to something less ghetto.

$545 could be a lot for a studio apartment, but all of the utilities, cable, and internet are included in that rate.
