High Speed Wireless Internet has no bandwidth (meaning if the guy next to you is downloading a large file you cannot access the internet). Water (which is included in the rent for the studio apartments) periodically goes out (not a good thing when you want to get ready to go out or are about to have company over). The after hours contact number has only 2 numbers. Police Dept and Maintenance Emergency (meaning if the laundry facilities are magically locked up at night again, no one can come to unlock the doors). Minimum notice required by law given upon apartment inspection. Very tight turns (90 degrees) in some spots of the complex can cause you to risk an accident with another vehicle. Grounds keepers show up too early in the morning with law mowers that can wake the dead. The water tastes terrible (I had to buy a purifying device to to attatch to the faucet). They allow dogs here, so when you open your front door you are welcomed to the outside world by a nice whiff of fresh feces. The office staff is freindly, but policy from the top guys in the company are not well thought out and they are not in tune with the needs of the tennants that pay to live here.
