My daughter has been a resident of Polo Club Apartments for the past three years. It was not until this past lease term that I had the pleasure to meet the infamous Lynn who my daughter so frequently boasts about. I was extremely impressed with Lynn as an individual. She is the utmost professional, firm handshake, good eye contact, and is as polished as the extensive property she maintains. My daughter says she handles the largest situation as efficiently and effortlessly as the smallest. Much to my dismay, my daughter had a roommate threaten to harm her safety and well being, and Lynn, without my asking, moved my daughter to safer surroundings. I have found through many conversations with Lynn, the property manager, that she takes a strong interest in not only my daughter but every resident at Polo Club. She says she looks at each resident as if they were her own child. How reassuring that is for me as a parent 1,200 miles away from Tallahassee. A heartfelt thank you, Lynn. You are one in a million and deserve heapfuls of recognition for all your efforts.
