Polo club apartments are very nice on the outside. However, upon move in, our apartment was not ready until the evening (they said it was "guaranteed by noon"). The appliances are awful, low grade and prone to breakage. The apartment wasnt clean at all, despite the reason for move in delay was "to clean". There were cigarette butts in the sink, beer caps on the floor, food in the dishwasher, holes in the blinds, and stains on the kitchen floor. There also is not a disposal for the sink. They initally put dumpsters right across from the building but those are moved after a week. Last but not least, they advertise good parking, yet don't count on necessarily parking close to your building. As for noise, it really depends on oyour neighbors, yet on the weekends its quite loud in gneeral. say no to polo club, and don't fall for their trap.
