I am up early each morning working out. As I walk to the clubhouse, the apartment grounds are immaculate. I see the maintenance men always busy. Their efforts are recognizable. When I arrive at the clubhouse shortly after 9 am, the managers are cleaning the clubhouse. It always smells fresh and is always extremely clean. As I am writing, the groundskeepers are picking up leaves, the pool deck is being pressure washed, and the area by the dumpsters clorox-cleaned. I love it here because it is soooooo clean. I also like that if you leave trash outside your door, you receive a reminder note to take it to the trash containers. The place is beautiful. Managers are also very nice.
