When I moved in, the carpet was in awful condition..stains everywhere, and all of them were marked on the move-in sheet. I noted that the carpet was heavily soiled and was told that my carpet would be replaced. It never got replaced, two years later when I moved out the same thing was marked on the move out sheet, the carpets were heavily soiled. Move in and move out sheet matched and now I'm being charged 875 dollars to replace the carpets in the apartment. There was also a crack in the refridgerator when I moved in that I was told would be fixed and although I was on top of them about it they didn't do anything until I moved out and now are charging me for that also. Management won't respond to me, they refuse to produce the move-in/move-out sheets or the pictures that they took during those times for my lawyer or myself. If I partied and ruined the place, I'd settle, but I'm not a partier and I know that this was not my fault. The carpet looks the same today as it did when I moved in other than normal wear and tear of two years of living htere. The company is very sweet when you move in and then they get you when you move out. DON'T LIVE HERE.

That sounds nuts...i live at a booth property and i'm hoping like hell they won't do that carpet thing to me when i move out in july
