Be careful before you do business with these people! My daughter, who lived on this property for two years, recently graduated from FSU and returned home. She has been levied a $100.00 charge for returning her keys a day late (due back on a Sunday and received the very next business day by property management). I won't blame it on the mailman, because every businessman understands this is the way the world operates. The fee is reportedly for re-keying the apartment - WHEN KEYS ARE NOT RETURNED. They WERE returned - but now Polo Club threatens to send this to collections. I'm spending the $100 on an attorney.

this is a business, and even banks have grace periods.

Right on . . . banks have at least a 10 day grace period before a late charge. Insurance companies have a 31 day grace period before they cancel your policy. Polo Club is a real rip off and best to steer clear of it - way clear! For businesses who care about the customer, which is NOT THE CASE for Polo Club, apparently late is not necessarily late (obviously this is management talking in the first reply!) Read the real posters and take heed . . . as their own collection letter sent because the key was turned in a day late (no rekeying of lock required) says "Govern yourself accordingly!"
