My mother always told me if I didn't have anything nice to say...don't say it at all! I love Polo Club. It's my second year here. Every time I see the ladies in the office, they are quite polite and always wanting to chit-chat with me. The new maintenance man rocks! He is very polite and always has a smile on his face. Polo Club, don't let these snide remarks of others take wind of you. You're doing an excellent job!

This is definetly managment or someone that works in the office, because if you look at all of the reviews someone has commented about issues on the office would know. Clearly you can tell they are scams because they would not even admit to apartment ratings that they work for Polo Club.

I assume this review is from the management? As a parent who paid for over two years, READ YOUR LEASE! You can't argue with the fact that Polo Club blatantly gets a full month rent when you move in but won't allow you in until the end of the month; and then again when you move out you have to pay a full month's rent but have to be out by the 12th of the month. On top of that.....they keep your deposit and charge additional fees upon your departing (for cleaning! What is the deposit for? And shouldn't it be called an "additional fee"? Deposits are usually just that....a deposit to guarantee payment which is returned when payment is received). It's all a racket and the management SUCKS!

I concur with the replies to this post. This is management talking and this place is a real money trap. Buyer BEWARE!!!
