I am a parent of an FSU grad '07 and I too was charged for damages after moveout. Listening to my daughter's version of the apartments condition, I was angry at the management for unjustly levying these charges. AFTER looking at the photos of the apartment, I was embarrassed that my daughter could leave such a pigpen behind and think it was acceptable. It should have been condemned. Garbage was strewn everywhere because my daughter didn't have time to clean it up and turn in her key prior to the deadline. My daughter will be paying me every penny back. I am reading parents complaints about damages and wondering if they are delusional about their own little angels and the messes they are leaving behind. My daughter lived at PC for 3 years and the property is well maintained and she never had any unpleasant exchanges with management, she said they always were polite and friendly. We felt PC gave her a positive living experience in Tallahassee.
