This place is great. I've never had a problem in the 2 years that I've lived here. I'm planning on living here next ear just because they're that great. I have had problems with things (Lights not working, ect), but there is a maintenence guy on staff everyday, so all these "problems" were fixed within the day, so they didn't bother me at all. Yes, if you mess up the place (have parties where people bang up the walls and stain the carpets) you'll have to pay for the damages. But some places are horrible, I know alot of people in the apartment so I know some horror stories. Last year, People swung on their chandalier and tore it from the ceiling. But if ou don't do things like that, you should be fine. The managment is great and friendly, the pool is great, along with the volleyball court, pool tables (2), and an awesome gym. This place is great. Period.
