I visited quite a few places (in the same price range) before choosing an apartment, and Polo Club is the nicest complex by far! I have lived here for 2 years, just renewed for a 3rd, and have absolutely no complaints. The office staff is very friendly. The few times I have needed something fixed, maintenance has always been out within a few hours. As far as the complex goes, it is immaculate! The office is so good at keeping the community in perfect condition. Things are always repainted, repaved, etc. before I even notice they need to be done. Also, the location is perfect. Very close to both FSU and TCC, and even has a bus stop right out front! (Garnet bus & Night Nole come by). Chubby's is right down the hill, and AJ's is only around the corner. I definitely think it is the best place to live in Tallahassee! Highly recommended.
