I have lived in Polo Club all 4 years of college and couldn't be happier about my decision to live here!! I have had an amazing experience. The apartment managers have always been helpful, Lynn (for my first 2 years) and now Ashley (who I've known since I moved in here) Any little thing they could do to help make my living here better they did. If I had any little complaint, like about our light bulbs blowing out or our air conditioning vents, the maintenance men took care of it right away. The maintenance man, Glen, is fantastic too!! He is always around and will help you out with any little problem. He also drives around the complex every morning when he gets here (which is usually before the sun rises) and checks it out, he also drives around during the day just checking up on things. There has also been very little crime in the neighborhood, of my 4 years here I can count on one hand the times the cops have been called for a break-in or a car window being broken out. And those times when I've called the police non-emergency line because of noisy neighbors in the parking lot, they come within minutes and even check up on the caller if needed. I have also seen the cops just patrolling the neighborhood while on duty, which always makes me feel a little safer. I live in a 3-3 townhouse, on the second and third floors and have had no problems with intruders or people soliciting. I would recommend that just to feel a little safer. The only complaint I have is that during my second year here, they took away some of the visitor parking, limiting it to what is in the back of the complex.
Overall, I would totally recommend this place as a long-term stay during college. I have always felt safe and welcome here. The management is friendly and helpful, and the complex is clean and beautiful. I have loved living here for 4 years, now moving out is going to be a real pain!!
