I only lived here for 6 months, but the experience I had wasn't too bad. We never had any problems with management that required maintenance. There is a problem with those tiny little ants everywhere, and pest control is supposed to come once a week , but i've only seen them twice (and they leave notes when they come). The train wasn't too big of a problem, but yes i could hear it. The worst was my neighbors...the walls are paper thin and you can literally hear the actual conversation if its quiet in your apartment. Lots of stupid speed bumps too. I would recommend it if you live towards the front (away from the train) and if you are lucky enough to get quiet neighbors.
