Too expensive

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I rented a 1 bedroom apt. and it was nice. Yet for the amount I am paying its not very good. Have have had maintence problems with my alarm system and my dishwasher is still broken. It is one of tallahassee's "best" complexes but rent is 700 per month and not furnished. It is gated but cars just follow each other.
