I was misled to believe that as a late-20s college graduate, I would be happy here. I was mistakenly convinced that this complex is nice and quiet because I visited in July, when all the students were gone. We had to call the police numerous times on a loud neighbor and they were never evicted as they should have been according to the lease.

We had maintenance problems that were never addressed, including pest control.

The office employee didn't care one night that our building didn't have any power and the alarm was going off.

The worst part of all: We were given eviction notices TWICE! The first time they claimed we hadn't paid rent (luckily we make the office sign a copy of the rent check) and the second time they claimed that we hadn't paid utilities in two months (luckily we keep copies of that, too). Both times the office staff said, "Sorry, this happens all the time. Don't worry about it."

The walls are paper thin, so I suggest an end unit if you can get one. We ended up having to move to a top floor end unit just to get a full night of sleep.

The washer and dryer are a nice amenity, but the apartments are overpriced for the quality.

If you have to live here, make sure you make a copy of your rent check and make them sign and date the copy and KEEP IT ON FILE! Unless you are a college student who does not mind noise and bugs, stay away!
