I lived at Polos on Park for three years and was thrilled to finally be moving out. The complex recently came under a new management team that is, unfortunately, 100% incompetant. The property has seen a rapid decline in every way since their take over. The buildings haven't been pressure-washed in over a year and are growing moldy. The tennets with pets rarely, if ever, clean up after them so on a really hot day the entire complex smells like dog doo. The office staff completley ignores maintenance requests and has a habit of lying to the tennants simply to get them off of their backs. They recently quit monthly pest control so the cockroach problem is growing steadily. The walls and floors are paper thin so you can hear not only your neighbor's conversations, but there trips to the bathroom as well. The list of complaints I have with Polos on Park just keeps going and going. A year ago I would have had no problem recommending this complex to people, but now I wouldn't recommend it to my enemies.
