It took me three months to get my deposit back. It has taken MUCH longer than that to stop being pissed off about my experience there.



Yes, the carjacking really happened in June, and no, the management didn?t care to inform anyone--probably because the "access gates" weren?t working as usual, so they?re partially to blame. The guy with the gun never should have gotten inside the complex at midnight.



The streetlights and parking lot lights go out for like a week at a time, no one seems to care. It?s dark as crap in the parking lots half the time.



Yes, the walls are paper thin, and you can hear EVERYTHING! And no, the management doesn?t evict people after three noise complaints like the lease states.



I had two maintenance issues that never got resolved...missing screen door to the balcony, etc.



I also got kicked out of the gym several times by the guy who locks up at 10 p.m...even though it was only 9:45 and I told him I had just 5 minutes left on the treadmill...he told me I had to leave because he didn?t want to wait.



The office is also terrible about packages. I was asked to "come back another time" on two different occasions when I went to pick up packages...guess they were too busy "managing" the complex to walk over to the little room where they keep the packages.



Overall, I wish I could turn back the clock and never set foot on that property, and never fall for their "special" that was a bunch of crap.



Polos might look pretty on the outside, but please consider the fact that it is NOT SAFE, DARK AT NIGHT, and very poorly managed.



Please do yourself a favor and stay far away!
