Here are our neighbors:
Three-day-long frat parties below us. Peeing off the balcony, cussing people out, exposing themselves to children and yes the police were called -- but are they evicted''' NO.
Miss "crackhead" at 2:30 am "playing with her pet dog" outside hollering as if from across a football field, "Oh your a good boy!!!" -- remember, this is a 2:30AM.
The 4AM wild bunch sreaming and yelling on their way to the hot tub.
What happens when you call management''' Oh the managers on vacation (3 times in a row). I'm not kidding -- you make up your own mind.
