I moved in about a year ago and my apartment was in perfect condition. The managment installed new carpet and new vinyl which really made me happy. I get along with all the staff as they are usually pretty friendly. I've had two situations where my garbage disposal didn't work and my ac broke but both times they maintence came right out and solved the problem quickly.
