In 2 weeks I had 6 contacts with the office staff complaining about garbage being left in the hallways. I was told "IT is unfortunate that some people just do not follow the rules". In the meantime I had to look at garbage everytime I left my apartment and deal with the bugs it attracted. They also have a problem with drunk college students at the pool with glass bottles and drug use at the pool. I signed a 90 day lease and was told I had to notify them in writing 60 days before moving out or it would automaticly renew. How crazy is that'
