Staff and Policies are Questionable

If two strangers move in together they are required to place two deposits down. (one for each person) BUT when move out time comes then everyones deposit is hit for one person not doing their part. HOW IS THAT'' STAFF IS RUDE. SPEED BUMPS ARE HUGE. DUMPSTER IS MILES AWAY. GATES NEVER WORK. AND WHEN THEY DO IT TAKES 30 MIN TO OPEN. REMOTES FOR GATE....NOT HERE. Rain, snow or sleet...you have to stop...roll down the window....reach out...and punch in a code. then wait 20m in for gate to open.
