Perfect until maintenance moved next door with two large dogs--wonder what happened to their first cat.

Everything is set up to appear very nice (i.e. beautiful but looks larger than it is).

Neighbors are a mix of professionals, students, retirees, and the maintenance workers.

Beautiful hiking or biking trail that leads to Tom Brown Park. Train viewable but behind mound of dirt and plants to block noise.
