I lived in Polos for 6 months. They repeatedly left eviction notices on my door for failure to pay even though I paid on time EVERY month. I ironed this situation out eventually, but nonetheless it was irritating and should not have happened. The part that really sent me over the edge was after my move out. They sent me a letter saying I did not return my garage door opener and therefore they were deducting $60 from my deposit refund. I actually returned the opener 1 full month before the end of my lease. However, since the management are idiots, they of course lost it and blamed it on me. I called the parent company and voiced my complaint. Polos is about the "nicest" place in Tallahassee, which isn't saying much. So if you choose to stay there just make sure you document everything. I mean even photocopy your monthly checks, because these idiots would lose their heads if they were not attached.
