There is nothing more unappealing ... than walk to the pool with your kids to find people floundering about the water with beer bottles and cigarettes and, no doubt, urine... I mean to go any further with a description ... I think you get the picture. I wish they would just enforce their own rules for the LOVE OF GOD!!!
