i have lived here for 2 years. when we first moved in the management was absolutely horrible. our apartement was not ready on time. we were sitting there with a moving truck and no apt. we were given another apt and that worked out however we were on the first floor rather than the second floor which we originally wanted. in the last year management has changed and the new manager here is very nice and has fixed all of our issues. however the people working under him are still questionable and most certainly rude. i suggest if you have any problems speak directly to the manager. the only chief complaint i have is that the gates never work and when they do people just tailgate in. on wed. nights especially the basketball court becomes filled with people who don't live here. i have not had any security issues. maintenance is slow to get to you though. the area is kept up nicely and they are very pet friendly. close proximity to tom brown park and a nice mixture of students, grad students, and young professionals here. overall i would recommend it.
