I have lived here for three years. For the amount of money you pay it is not worth it. Since being here the carpet has been replaced in my master bedroom about four times. Everytime it rains water comes up under the carpert in the bedroom. Aslo, I've had major sewage back-up in both of my bathrooms. I actually had to be put in a guest apartment for about a week once while they fixed it. Personally, I would sacrifice paying $20 or 30 dollars more a month in rent to avoid these types a problems. I only stayed this long because every year there was a change in management. But now I am tired of all of the broken promises. Also, if your looking for a quiet place to live, try somewhere else.
