I looked at around 15 complexes before moving in here, and here are the pros and cons of Polos:

Pros:
The complex is clean, maintained, and beautiful.
The staff is very involved in everything going on here. They send memos every two weeks or so, trying to make the facility better, dealing with complaints residents have made about noise, trash in front of peoples' apartments, dog waste, (which by the way, it's disgusting and down right lazy of someone to let their dog take a sh** in areas where people walk - I'm talking about the hallways of the buildings), ect.
The maintenance crew is working 24/7 to help out with whatever problems residents have.
Most who complain about the complex are too lazy to come up to the clubhouse, or even e-mail the staff through the complexs website about their maintenance issues.
Rent can be extremely cheap because it's stand leasing, not individual leasing.
Awesome parking, especially for visitors.


The cons' Noise is an issue to an extent. The bedrooms that make up the hallways people can hear what's going on. The bedrooms towards the back of the apartment doesn't have that problem, but you'll be walking to your aparment and hear people having sex. Really, it's not tha tmuch of a problem, because that just funny. Another con is being a student here, as in the sense that if you want to throw parties at your apartment, be prepared for someone to complain, unless your neighbors are cool with it.


It's a great place and I plan to live here next year.

Since 2006, the staff changed and thats probably why you havent had the unfortunate luck of dealing with brian as oposed to jeff, who wasnt so bad.
