Frankly, I hate living here and tried to get out of my lease, which I knew wouldn't be possible. The biggest problem here is noise. I've lived in many apartments before, and have never had a problem with neighbors, but it sounds as if an elephant lives above me. And my neighbor is really not trying to be loud, she's walking around normally, it's just the way this place is built. Also, there's a supposed "noise ordinance" at night, but there are consistently people outside in the yard, in the hallways, and stairwells well past 2 a.m. screaming and yelling. I've also found that the amenities are locked all the time. I've had to climb over the pool fence on more than one occasion (at high noon) because it wasn't unlocked, and the basketball court is locked on a consistent basis. I also had a problem with ants on a Friday before I was leaving town. I asked to have this taken care of so it wouldn't become a larger problem. The girl at the front desk assured me someone would be there on TUESDAY--great. Small complaints, maybe' Not when I pay over $800 a month to live here. Spend your money elsewhere.

Have you tried to get out of your lease??? it is acctualy pretty easy. i work up at the front you can come see me and i will be glad to help you out. all you have to do is give a 60 day notice and pay a termination fee equal to 1 months base rent (that means if you have furniture you do not have to include it in the termination fee) and in 60 days you will be out of your lease. i tried to get out of the lease at my current appartment and they told me that i would have to pay for the entire lease term to get out. so a small termination fee is not bad. by the way my name is jesse and i will be glad to help you if you still live here.
