We have been living here in Polos on Park for the past 8 months ... the locality is safe, very nice apartment complex, good floor plan - very spacious, a little expensive - suited for working people. It would be great if they could rent it for a little less. The only thing I dont like here is the gate at the main entrance - that is pathetic, sometimes doesnt allow the residents to get in too. havent had maintanence problems so far - so havent interacted with the leasing office that often.
