If you like a working AC, and coming home without being harrased by management, look elsewhere. I'm extremely dissatisfied with Polos. My first year went on without incident, but when they changed management the next year things just went downhill.

Brian Martin, the new property Manager is incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. My mom is my guarantor and she called him once because they refused to honor the $500 concession they gave me for renewing early, to tell him she found the paperwork, and they did indeed owew her the $500. He got all huffy and said "well thats between you and whatever employee you talked to, thats not my problem, Im not responsible for my employees actions," and of course she says, "arent you the manager'" He responded "why dont you just call corporate and deal with them!" and hung up on her. So when i found this out I took a trip over to the office the following day to talk to Brian, and he wasnt there, so I had one of the attendants call him up from there. I told him he had no business speaking to her that way and if he didnt apologize and give us our money I WOULD call corporate, and he responded "well you go ahead and do that!" and hung up on me! I procedeed to call Creekstone (corporate) and the woman I spoke to was just as rude, pretty much calling me a liar saying her employee would never do such a thing and I must be mistaken. I was in disbelief. needless to say I told them I would not be renewing my lease, and the next day I got a letter telling me they would not give me the option of renewing. I'm like hello I just told you I didnt want to renew! Its like someone quitting their job and then their boss saying "well your fired!" Ridiculous.

I've had to contact coporate myself and they didn't do jack. No one cares because they'll just find more people to lease to who don't know any better. As I read through all of these posts, they all have a few things in common. No one can find parking, nobody's A/C works, and the staff doesn't seem to care about any of the tennents. I hope more people who are looking to rent review this website in the future.
