1. The ever-so rude and incompetent staff

4. Maintenece walking in my apartment whenever they please

6. Theres NO parking, and they tow constantly. (I've been towed and so has my rommate even though we both have decals)

7. The noisy train that blasts by every night at 3am

8. Work orders that go unattended by maintenece

9. The gate code box which always has static shock, and the faulty gate which has hit my car TWICE already.

Well said. I moved into Polos in 2003 (and moved out thank-God), and EVERY SINGLE ONE of the above mentioned problems (with the exception of Brian - I got to deal with a-hole Jeff) STILL EXISTS. *SAD* Absolutely NOTHING has changed in FIVE YEARS, other than I hear they are starting to have problems filling empty apartments. Word must be spreading and their reputation must finally be catching up with them to bite them in the behind. I guess what goes around comes around.

Yep, There are atleast 4 units in my building, by my stairwell that have been vacant for months (4 out of the 12 in my vicinity). I cant say I feel bad about that. Maybe they'll finally be put out of business.
