The lease says you must pay a $75.00. late charge if your rent is not paid by the 3rd of the month.
Under Florida law if you pay more than a $1.00. a day late fee that could be considered
unreasonable. Also their lease calls for a 60 day notice of intent to vacate. Florida law states that a full calender month only is required. You can go online and check your rights "Neighborhood Legal Services" . They try to take advantage of students inexperience.Just because they have it in their lease contract doesn't make it legal.
