This apartment was very clean to move into and I really enjoyed it at first like most. The parking was the absolute worst I have ever seen. If you want to park after about 9-10 pm. You will be walking about 5-10 to your apartment its that bad and in the dark. There was dog poo everywhere as well. The walls are thin so I usually had to deal with noisy neighbors. I had no problem with any of the appliances. These apartments are right next to the woods so there were insects everywhere inside. I can't tell you the amount of times I would freak out by finding a BIG spider walking around. Of all the apartments I've lived at this was the only one with a working gate. The garbage is terrible. It isn't big enough for everyone living there so sometimes you can't dump it in the dumpster. If you leave the bag on the ground they will go through it and bill you per bag. I had no problem getting packages from them either. Overall the place is really beautiful and they have a lot of nice ammenities. The person who said 10 minutes to campus lied. It would take 15 minutes to get to campus and longer with traffic, not to mention FSU's already terrible parking. I spent so much on gas living here it was ridiculous. When I lived here there were two robberies. If you are looking for a place on this side of town then I'd recommend checking others first, but overall not a bad place to live.
