I lived at Polos on Park for 3 years and I actually had a really positive experience overall. The property is really beautiful and well kept. That was one of the first things that caught my eye upon coming to take a tour before I moved in. The apartments themselves were very spacious, especially for a one bedroom. I had plenty of space to cook and entertain when I had guests over. There are plenty of guest parking around the buildings too, so I found that to be great. I didn't experience many maintenance issues during the years I was there, but if there was an occasional light out, the maintenance came promptly and were very pleasant. I appreciated the fact that they were pet friendly and had plenty of open places for me to walk my dog as well as doggie pots to dispose of my animal waste. These are just a few of the things I enjoyed while living at Polos On Park. I can't say many bad things. The office staff was always helpful and personable too. I felt comfortable when approaching the staff members about anything I had concerns about. I would definitely recommend Polos On Park to others looking for a nice, clean community with friendly people and spacious apartments.
