I lived at Polos on Park for 4 years all while I was attending school at Florida State University. I not only stayed at Polos on Park because of the great living experience, but also because I was able to catch the bus to campus with 2 bus stops located right out front of the property. I loved living in that community because it isn't student housing AND it is on the quiet side of town. I never had any residential neighbor complaints or noise issues. The maintenance staff is great as well. I always had my maintenance issues taken care of immediately and never had to wait longer than a few days for things to be repaired. Another great thing about Polos on Park is that the pet fee is really reasonable. I only had to pay $350 for my cat for all 4 years of living there. Once you pay the pet fee, you don't have a pet rent like a lot of other properties. Parking is never an issue here on property. I have never seen the visitors parking lots full and I never had to park more than a few steps away from my apartment building. I always felt safe and that is something that I will always remember about Polos on Park.
