As a previous tenant of Polos on Park I advice anyone looking at this apartment complex to be very weary.
The walls are quite thin, every little noise outside you can hear. There was a train right behind the parking lot to the apartment building. The carpets had mold spots on them after being there for three months. When it was first brought to the attention of the maintenence personnel, they stated that is a common problem in all the apartments. However when it was brought up to the manager, she stated it was due to other things suck as the pets we gained a few months after the spots appeared. The manager stated they would buy us a throw carpet to cover the spots. It took three tries to get them to clean our carpets at no cost after two years of living there. The carpets were never cleaned.
