The Orchards is absolutely horrible. First, don't even bother with roommate matching. The management doesn't care what kind of roommate you are looking for. They would match you with anything that would pay rent..
Read the small print. If you do not get along with your roommate you have so many days to try to get out of the lease, but you half to move where they want you to move in the complex. And they want you to sit down with the person to try to work it out. LOL do you really think that would work.
