I have lived in the orchards for about three years now. Yes, it is a little bit older, but that doesnt mean it is not nice. The town homes are very spacious, and the set up is great, it makes me feel like i have my own house. Another thing that keeps me here is it is very quiet. You rarely have a party, and when you do its not like the whole community has to deal with it. It is not like some other communities where there is always something going on. To me this is the perfect environment for a serious student.
