I choose to live at the Orchards because it is two bedroom Townhouses. It is much better than the four bedroom apartments. Because of this it attracts a better class of tenants in my opinion. It does not have all the party animals that the large apartment complexes. Parking is fine. The management is responsive to the tenants needs.
I have no hesitation to recommend the Orchards to anyone. GReat Place.
