I was attracted to this place because I had a friend who lived there and her place was clean, new applicances, etc. The convenience of having a place furnished was nice and worry free. The management was nice enough and the maintenence was great. Often a request was put in and there was a knock on the door hours later.

The only problem I had was parking. After 12pm, visitors must park in assigned spaces. They are far from the units (depending where you are located and I wasn't comfortable with my female friends travelling from there late at night. If you don't have a decal they will tow you for $70! I was in a car accident and got a windshield replaced and my car was towed and I HAD TO PAY FOR IT! The security is a joke because there is a different company every day and they don't care who they let in.

Overall my experience was just okay as the parking was a beast!
