The Orchards has not been all bad, but the level of service is terrible. The residents arent bad, but its generally noisy, lots of weed smokin and dealin and plenty of vandalism. However its not the residents or the apartments, but the office staff that is god awful. They have been involved in break ins, they tell lies about leases, cost, and service. One day the cops are going to come and shut this place down. Oh and last but not least nothing is included in the price, no cable, no internet, and no phone. Why am I here'
