The security lady at the front thinks she is guarding Fort Knox or something and makes getting in a pain even if you live here...the office staff is generally rude and nonhelpful, maintenence will tell you flat out that you get what you pay for, even though the place is rather steep for as old a complex as it is...utilities are outrageous also and during the hot months plan to spend $200 if you run the air-conditioner...don't do it, you can do better
