They have a reputation for activating many ammenities the first 4 months of your lease then taking them away.
As well the Managment is very rude, and unhelpful. Rent went up to over 500 when it use to only be 420. AND NOTHING HAS IMPROVED. Our upstairs toilet flooded and a pipe cracked back in october it took them 5 weeks to finally fix our ceilling.

They also do not keep track of rent payments. I always paid my rent on time yet constintaly recieved Late Rent Noticies.

DO NOT RECCOMEND IT

The neighboors are very loud and blast their music all times of the night.

Oh and during FAMU Homecoming you can't find parking even if you live there.

The security systems do not work. The panic buttons don't actually contact to anywhere.

I had walked up to my apartment at 11 at night and 2 50 year old men where trying to get in. They said they had already entered the apartment.
I asked to have my locks changed and they refused because it was not cost effective and worth it
