worst I've ever seen, dishonest staff, terrible neighbors

Staff are lazy, liars, cheap, horribly loud neighbors, unprecedented cockroach problem, water damage, old appliances, no water pressure, expensive utilities, 8 people living in 3 person apartments, no parking, parties 24-7. NEVER LEASE HERE. NEVER.
