I've noticed that some comments made about the complex were a little dramatic. As for the comment about no nice residents...Maybe it's you. I have not met an unfriendly person since I've been there. Everyone I've met has been chatty and very nice. I will say that there are parties fairly often, but if one does any amount of research about the complex before moving in, one would realize it's not exactly the environment for the easily distracted. With the exception of one lady at the front, I have found the staff to be very helpful and caring of the residents. Every time I put in a work order, it has been fixed within the day or at most the day after. You have to show respect to get it. I like the Preserve and will more than likely stay there until I graduate.
