there are a lot of good things and a lot of bad things about the preserve. i've lived there for a year and a half and i must say overall i do enjoy living there. i've never had a problem with parking, though at night it is really dark and kinda scary walking to your car. some of the people in the office can cop an attitude (though the asian lady at the front is amazing) but they generally are trying to be helpful, they just seem like they don't have everything under control. you have to almost harass them at times to get maintainance requests fulfilled. there is a slight dog waste problem but that is because most college students arent responsible for even themselves. the pool and hot tub are amazing, along with the office, pool table, cyber cafe, gym, and tanning bed. if you have cool neighbors noise is never a problem, but for one semester there was a group of crack pots who liked to party for days on end at all hours, which sucked, but they were later evicted. you gotta kinda expect that sort of thing though living in a college community. i've lived in a few places and there are always problems but overall i think they are really nice apartments and worth checking out
