Rude Employees for the amount of "Luxurious" apt we pay for.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
So our air conditioning went out on a friday. We called but they didnt have the part so when we called on sat to check up they said it had to be above 85 degrees outside to do anything!! By the way it was 84 degrees and when it turned 85 on weather.com we called to let them know. they then said it had to be a specific website. Come on are you kidding we pay so much for nothing. It took until thurs to get it fixed!!!!
It also taked forever to get anything fixed. The gym equiptment is broken.I cannot wait to move out!
